So, we must learn how to change a negative thought pattern into a positive one. This can be done by focusing on motivating thoughts and transforming negative energy into positive energy.


  4. Flexibility and Adaptability Life is full of challenges and changes, and it is essential to be flexible and adaptable to different situations. By practicing resilience, we learn how to deal with fear more effectively and successfully.
